Are your bakes Vegetarian?

ALL of our goodies are Vegetarian, as a vegetarian myself I only make things that are suitable for veggies! 

What are my postal options?

We ship anywhere in the UK! ALL orders are posted Tracked 24 via Royal Mail, it is £5 postage and packaging no matter how big or small your order. 

When will my order be posted?

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be shipped, if you need it for a specific day - please contact me before ordering!

How do I store my order once it’s arrived?

We recommend refrigerating your order once you’ve got it! This means everything lasts longer, they can be refrigerated in the bags they have come in. To ensure your bakes taste their best, please take them out of the fridge approximately 30 minutes before eating!

For pet orders, they must be stored in the fridge to ensure they last - do NOT store in anything airtight, this will cause the treats to sweat! We also recommended taking out of the fridge approximately 30 mins before giving to your pups so they can enjoy their treats at their best! 

How long will my order last?

If refrigerated once you’ve received it, your bakes will last 3-7 days depending on what it is. Cakes are recommended to be eaten first as we know cakes are always best fresh! Your brownies will last the longest! Use by/Best before dates and care instructions will also be in your box! 

For pet orders, they will last 5 days - 1 month depending on the treat and as long as you have stored them correctly. Some may last longer but we cannot guarantee, Use by/Best before dates and care instructions will also be in your box! 

Can you make a custom order?

Yes! Please let us know via the Contact Us section and we will let you know if we can help! 

Do you have a physical store?

Not anymore! We were located in The Marlands Shopping Centre, Unit 16A, Civic Centre Road, Southampton, SO14 7SJ with a pop up shop for a year.
